Joe is very knowledgeable, honest and dependable. He answered all our questions over the phone before coming out to us and was kind enough to explain things in detail. We called him on a Friday night and he was over the next afternoon. His work was definitely high quality and we can already feel the AC working a lot better. Joe is definitely trustworthy and nice. These guys are the best. We had 2 x 1970s heating and air con systems which needed replacing. Joe came out and talked us through what was needed and why, answered all our questions and gave us a very reasonable quote. The installation went well and if they hit any issues they resolved them quickly and professionally whilst staying within the budget of the project. Joe and Brian are very knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to make sure everything works as it should and the customer is happy. Thoroughly recommend using them for any HVAC work.

These guys are really awesome. They came to fix what should have been a simple heater fix but it turns out the previous owner did some crazy things to the heater and they had to replace many items. They also discovered a gas leak at the main which the gas company fixed. They were fast, efficient and kind.
They only charged me cost for some items but now I am sitting in a house that is fully heated with a fixed fan in the attic providing wall heat to the whole house.
I will definitely be having them back to fix my swamp cooler and other items.

I like to give credit where credit due. I called Patterson Heating to set an appointment because my wall furnace stopped working. Joe from PH gave me a quote over the phone of 89 he said the 89 is applied to the labor. He came over today got my heater fixed! He cleaned it and installed new thermostat location and only charge me 89! I'm so happy to get my heater fixed and glad to had made the right call. He was very professional explaining everything and gave me a quote on other pending projects.

I had the privilege of having this man at our home today. When he arrived he explain the process said there was an $89 service call if it was something simple he would apply that to the repair. I told him the previous guy who looked at it send the entire unit needed to been replaced, with that said he proceeded to hop on the roof only to come down 30 minutes later with a diagnosis that it was a simple repair and would be covered under the service call m!

this is definitely the honest man you want on your roof truth be told we're not gonna get on the roof and look at it ourselves, he could've easily made this a pay day but he chose to be honest with integrity and do the right thing.

I'm the owner of American Generations First Aid out in East Palmdale CA, I met Joe yesterday for an evaluation of our heating unit at our office, he walked us through his findings and also explained the different parts he needed to replace and also how he would do maintenance to the unit so it's ready for winter. I needed my house AC unit replaced. He was knowledgeable & friendly when I called, answered all my questions. During the installation he was very careful & kept his workspace clean (which I appreciate very much). I was so happy with his work that I called him again when I need a new AC unit installed in my work space. If I ever need any type of AC service I know who I'm calling & recommending to others.

Called Affordable heating and air. Wanted to charge $450 for recharging my coolant in my condenser. Then told me I had a leak (no duh) said there is nothing he could do. Charged me $50 for the service call. I could not write this check fast enough and sent him on his way. He suck!

Call around and found Patterson heating and Air. Joe is awesome. They repaired my unit and filled it with coolant and got my AC working. He charge me a nominal price. I was very please with his communication skills and his professionalism. I was lucky to have met him and choose his company to service my needs. I could not be happier.

What a welcome relief! Already had two AC people out and they could not figure out what the problem was. He came in and was able to tell right away what our problem was. Patterson heating and air recently completed work for us in our home, as well as our rental home, occupied with tenants. Joe was professional from the start, he was detailed in explaining the air flow difficulty our tenants were experiencing and quick to fix it, with a reasonable price. Our 25 year old home, needed a complete new 4 ton unit. We had several companies give us quotes, however Patterson gave us the best deal on the best equipment. Both our home and our rental home is operating at maximum efficiency, and keeping us nice and cool in this scorching desert heat. I recommend Patterson to everyone. I had water leaking from the closet where my furnace is located. I had already called 3 other companies out who told me I needed to replace the coil because it was rusted out for an $1800 charge. A friend recommend I call Patterson. Upon arrival Joe took a look, opened the drain line where I saw water pouring out. Joe quickly unclogged the drain and told me that was the only problem. I did not need a new coil. Joe only charged me $75 to fix the problem, saving me tons of money. He also changed out my air filter for free! Joe is awesome, honest, and knowledgeable! I can't thank him enough!

Patterson heating and air are a very good company my a/c stopped working so i called around. They came out and looked at my a/c and told me what was wrong and why it went out on me. Patterson heat and air has done an excellent job for us.  They were able to fix a problem we had with a wall mount furnace, and worked on it until the problem was solved.
They also installed a new central heat and air conditioning unit with all the ductwork in a very narrow roof.  They have been professional, clean in appearance, and left the job site tidy.

I live in east Palmdale, Ca where winters reach temps as low as 9 degrees which is crazy!!!!!! I had a heater that wouldn’t turn on and a newborn that needed to stay warm. I called a company out of Lancaster, Ca and the “on-call tech” was rude and on top of that he didn’t show up. I called Patterson Heating and Air and they came out in less than half an hour. The tech Joe was so helpful and informational. He gave me a very low price and it was fixed within less than 20 minutes back up and running! I am so thankful for this company and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service, not to mention the great price. I will be referring to friends and family.
